At the Newpark Hotel, we have a self-contained conference centre on the first floor of the hotel with a range of suites catering from 2 – 800 delegates, making it a versatile and adaptable venue for conferences in Kilkenny.

All meeting rooms are fully air-conditioned with ample natural daylight, have sound proofed black out facilities, wall-mounted screens, dedicated lifts and toilets, secretarial services and wireless internet access.

The Dunmore Suite and the Glendine Suite located on the ground floor of this four-star hotel are the largest of the meeting rooms and are fully equipped with state of the art audio visual facilities including plasma screens, ISDN lines and touch-sensitive air conditioning. For larger events the Dunmore Suite and the Glendine Suite can be used as one large room.

We can provide staging for the top table and both suites have large reception areas for exhibitors, for tea, coffee breaks and both suites are fully self-contained with bar facilities and restrooms. Flipcharts with pads and markers, stationary and full table refreshments are standard in all meeting rooms for your convenience.

The Conference Centre can be accessed via the main hotel lobby or by private entrance that leads to a private reception area.
