Tours are given of the production areas where the famous crystal is actually made, with an audio visual presentation, tracing the ancient craft of glassmaking to the present day.
Home of JFK
Located an hour's drive from Dungarvan, the birthplace of the late John F. Kennedy's great-grandfather, the JFK Ancestral Home offers visitors an audio-visual presentation and guided tour through the historical setting of the Kennedy legacy.
Nearby is a memorial arboretum, formally dedicated to the memory of John. F. Kennedy (President of the United States 1961 - 1963). A miniature railway runs during the Summer months and families enjoy, not only the beautiful gardens, but also the picnic area and play unit for children.
