As the world adjusts to new travel norms and expectations, The Flynn Hotel Collection has created a
“Because We Care” ( BWC) programme to focus on implementing enhancements to already
stringent procedures.  Our “Because We Care” programme  is redefining cleanliness and supporting
guests personal wellbeing throughout their stay by using new, science-led protocols and service
measures.

Our “Because We Care” programme is going further on the commitments that we have made in
recent years.  We have established new Covid-19 protocols and standards which are not only in line
with HSE, government, and Irish Hotel Federation guidelines, but exceed government and local Irish
regulation.  Each property within The Flynn Hotel Collection has appointed a BWC committee who
will implement and monitor our new procedures.

The Flynn Hotel Collection is rolling out enhanced technologies over the next few months, including
electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectant to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel.
Electrostatic spraying technology uses the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by
the World Health Organization (WHO) to treat known pathogens. The sprayers rapidly clean and
disinfect entire areas and can be used in a hotel setting to clean and disinfect guest rooms, lobbies,
gyms and other public areas.  In addition, the company is testing ultraviolet light technology for
sanitizing keys for guests and devices shared by our team.
